How are you qualified?

Great question! I am a certified health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and SUNY Purchase College. I’m also a member of the International Association of Health Coaches and a graduate of Penn Foster Career School’s Health and Wellness program. What makes you different from other coaches?

The most noticeable difference you’ll find in working with me is that I have a lot of personal experience in this field, as well as professional experience. I’m not one of those people who has lost a few pounds and maintained it. I was overweight for most of my life until I discovered the habits and lifestyle changes I’m here to teach to you.

I’ve also worked in high-stress careers as a writer for E! Networks, Fox, CNN, and more. Working in a high-stress environment is not new for me, so I know what you’re going through as a high-powered professional or entrepreneur.

On top of that, I’m also not going to try to sell you on all the same old methods that don’t work. Albert Einstein said, “Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results is insanity,” so why do we think that diets and forcing ourselves to exercise is ever going to get us what we want? No, I’m here to teach you how to do the work from the inside out so that the healthy habits and lifestyle changes you make STICK.

 

What can I expect from working with you?

RESULTS. But asides from that obvious fact, you can expect to lose weight, develop and maintain healthy habits that work for YOU and your busy lifestyle (no one-size-fits-all plans here!), and shift your mindset from identifying with the unhealthy you to a fit, happy, healthy, and radiant you.

 

How soon can I expect results?

There’s no real timeline for results. Every individual’s journey is unique. Some clients lose weight right away, while others don’t see results on the scale until a few weeks or months after making the internal shifts.

The best way to ensure that you get the results you desire is to show up on time for sessions and do the work. You get out of it what you put into it. My most successful clients have thrown themselves wholeheartedly into this work with fantastic results.
